Inspired by the time of the year (September) when the hops are harvested in the northern hemisphere. We have created a gin using the traditional British hop “Fuggles” known for its spicy blackcurrant notes and Maris Otter malt which is used extensively in British beers.Tasting Notes The Nose: A big nose of hops, blackcurrant spicy notes at the front and slight maris otter malt in the background. The Mouth: Subtle juicy blackcurrant notes at the forefront, followed by well-rounded spice/warmth, backed by sweeter notes from the malt. Followed by further fruit notes from the hops to conclude. Serving Suggestions as a classic G&T with Seagram’s tonic water and garnish with fresh ginger and lemon zest to draw out the hops further. Allergen Advice: May Contain Wheat.
