The inspiration behind our Blue Spruce Gin creation came from discovering and eating lots of different smoked foods. We discovered some smoked mixed nuts which had been smoked using blue spruce chippings which gave us the idea of using blue spruce as a botanical. After many trials, we settled on the leading botanicals of Juniper, Blue Spruce, Lemon Peel, and Cardamon. Whereby the pine flavour sits at the forefront of the gin. Today we are delighted to add Gin No.18, housed inside a stunning blue tin, to our collection, further expanding The United Colours of Juniper. Serving Suggestion: A classic gin and tonic using Tonic No. 6 and a sliver of fresh ginger. Allergen Advice: May Contain Wheat.
