Sainsbury's unveiled a flagship supermarket in Hook that aims to consume just half the energy of a comparable store and 25% less electricity than their most energy-efficient supermarkets. Spanning 25,000 sq ft, the new store will solely utilize renewable electricity, eliminating the need for fossil fuels.

By receiving the Foster Friendly Employer status from the Fostering Network, John Lewis Partnership has become the largest organization to achieve this recognition.
